Continental United States (48 States)
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50
• Orders under $50: $4.90 flat rate shipping
• Processing time: 1-3 business days
• Delivery time: 5-7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
• Tracking information provided via email once shipped
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Territories
Special Shipping Process:
Due to carrier restrictions and freight forwarding requirements, we cannot provide exact shipping costs at checkout for these locations. Here's our process:
1. Place Your Order: Complete checkout as normal
2. Shipping Verification (24-48 hours): We verify carrier availability and calculate actual freight costs
3. Email Notification: You'll receive either:
• A shipping quote with exact costs and secure payment link
• Notification that carriers cannot deliver to your location (full refund provided)
4. Your Decision: Approve the shipping quote or cancel for full refund (no charges until you approve)
5. Shipment: Ships within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
Estimated Additional Costs for AK/HI/PR:
• Small items (under 10 lbs): $20 - $50
• Medium items (10-30 lbs): $50 - $150
• Large items (30+ lbs): $150 - $300+
Carrier Restrictions for Alaska/Hawaii:
• Battery-powered items: Lithium-ion batteries are restricted on air freight to Hawaii and may be unavailable
• Oversized items: Compost bins over 45 gallons, BBQ grills, fire pits, large planters
• Hazardous materials: Certain fertilizers, pesticides, aerosol products
• Weight/dimension limits: Items exceeding carrier maximum limits
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the United States and its territories.
Shipping Cost Variations
Our shipping rates are based on standard carrier pricing at time of order. In rare cases, actual shipping costs may exceed our quoted rates due to:
• Carrier rate changes or fuel surcharges
• Item size or weight variations from manufacturer specifications
• Special handling requirements (fragile, oversized, etc.)
• Remote area delivery surcharges
• Dimensional weight pricing adjustments
If this occurs: We'll contact you within 24 hours with options to pay the shipping difference or cancel your order for a full refund. No additional charges will be applied without your approval.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
• Carrier name (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
• Tracking number
• Estimated delivery date
• Link to track your package
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
• Severe weather conditions
• Carrier service disruptions
• High-volume shipping periods (holidays, peak seasons)
• Remote or rural delivery locations
• Customs clearance (for territories)
We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Packages
Damaged Packages:
1. Inspect your package upon delivery
2. If damaged, take photos of the box and contents
3. Contact us within 48 hours
4. We'll file a carrier claim and send a replacement or issue a refund
Lost Packages:
If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive your package:
1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
2. Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
3. Contact us within 48 hours
4. We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue
Incorrect Items:
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange for return shipping (at our expense) and send the correct item or issue a refund.
Address Changes
To change your shipping address:
• Before shipment: Contact us immediately. We can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
• After shipment: Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. Address change fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
• Reshipment requires payment of new shipping fees
